Horses are a big part of life in the mountain west. There is a strong sense of pride for our hard-working cowboys. Some of my best childhood memories were at the stables with my grandpa. We kids did our chores with the animals while grandpa broke the horses and then we would saddle up and ride together. The memories are priceless.
Saddles represent the rugged life out on the trail, rounding up cattle, or just the peace of being able to roam the beautiful west. They are a great way to add a rustic/ western flair to your home. Use them as décor in the bedroom of your little cowboy or cowgirl, décor on the porch, hang them from the beams, or my favorite — use them as a swing from a large shade tree. Giddyup!
