Painting a room yourself is one of the best and easiest DIY projects you can do. But what happens if you finish painting and realize that there are obvious roller marks marring the paint finish? {The worst!} The good news is you do not need to start completely over, but you will need to break out the paint once more. Grab some sandpaper plus your primer, paint and a roller, and let’s get started.

Roller marks are also called lap marks. They happen pretty easily if you neglect to keep the edges of the roller wet enough while painting.
