One of the easiest and prettiest Fall garland ideas uses most everyone’s favorite thing about Fall–colored leaves! Simply take a walk outside and collect some of your favorites. Use fishing line or fine thread wrapped around the stems to suspend them in your designated spot. You can hang the leaves singly or in groups of three.

If you know someone who likes to cut wood shapes, then this garland may be just what you’re looking for. Wood hearts are painted and the put over the lights on a light string. I think the wood could be stained or painted in Fall colors instead of white. Either way, it’s rustic and charming!
