The entryway of the modern farmhouse mountain home tour is indeed a welcoming spot to step into. I love the light finish of the wood parquet-style floor. A faux cow hide rug is perfect for a mountain home. The rest of the space is done in classic modern farmhouse style with plenty of black and white finishes.

Modern Farmhouse Mountain Home Office

Now step into the modern farmhouse mountain home office with its dark masculine vibe. The floor, desk and built-in lighten things up, but plenty of light flows in through the French doors and transom window.

Modern Farmhouse Mountain Home Kitchen

We’ve arrived in the modern farmhouse mountain home kitchen, where an amazing wood ceiling beam highlights the height of the vault. The immense kitchen island and rustic wood floor pair perfectly with that beam. Classic white cabinets with black trim, black lantern lights and gray stone countertop all provide the farmhouse feel. I love the large black vintage-style range! A charming butler’s pantry provides the perfect extra space for entertaining needs.

Another beam just like the one in the kitchen space adorns the ceiling in the dining room, with a third found over the adjoining living room space. The dining room boasts an extra-large farmhouse table perfect for entertaining or feeding a large family. I love that the wood table is paired with black chairs!

The modern farmhouse mountain home living room is my favorite part of this tour. It just looks so comfortable and inviting! All the natural fibers and textures really lend to the comfortable feel, which is just what you want for a mountain home. I love the large farmhouse-style coffee table, the stone fireplace, and the leather stools.

Modern Farmhouse Mountain Home Bedrooms

Bedroom 1

Let’s look at the modern farmhouse mountain home bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a soft and breezy color palette, vaulted ceiling beams, and a cozy fireplace. What a place to retreat to at the end of a tiring day!

Bedroom 2

In bedroom 2 we find a darker color scheme, highlighted by slate gray wainscot and trim. That bed frame is, quite simply, to die for!

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom takes that dark slate color and applies it to a plush headboard and bed frame. Since the rest of the room is neutral, it really stands out in the best way.

Kids Bedroom

Walking into the kids’ bedroom, we see plenty of space for sleeping. Bunks line the walls, with double-sized beds underneath for bigger kids.

Bathroom 1

There’s not much to say about this space, once you walk in and see the crowning piece. How long would you soak in that copper tub? The rest of the bathroom is farmhouse black and white, so that beautiful tub really takes center stage! However, once you step further and see the unique copper-toned tile work in the enormous shower space, you’ll have a decision to make. A soak in a gorgeous copper tub? Or an equally pretty shower?

Bathroom 2

The second bath takes on its own personality, with a gray hexagon tile floor, gray tile shower, and a gorgeous walnut vanity.

Modern Farmhouse Mountain Home Laundry Room

This modern farmhouse mountain home laundry room truly is a space to turn laundry from drudgery into an enjoyable task. There’s also a very pretty and functional office space that’s great for work or homework. My favorite elements of the room are the herringbone tile floor, the light gray and white inset cabinets, and the dark wood shelf over the office space.
